You can resolve most issues quickly yourself:

1. Can't verify email

   When you login you are taken to the security page, this is where you verify your email, check the email is right, if not edit and correct it, then use the button to send the verification email. Then go to your webmail account using an internet browser, for example like www.gmail.com or hotmail.com and check for the verification email there and look for the spam folder. If that fails, login and send the verification email again.

   The website sends the verification email immediately, it contains an active link so check your email account or spam settings are not blocking emails with active links.

   We do nothing manually this is an automated process and any issue will be because your email contains a typo or the email the website sends you is being filtered by your email provider, please see above.

6. Keeping membership continuous - preserving privileges
   If you have a non-recurring membership or have cancelled a recurring membership you can still keep your membership continuous by allowing it to expire and rejoining within 2 days of it expiring. Just use the same email address and it automatically links your old and new membership.
7. I can't join
   Our current billing providers are CCBill and SegPay; this means it is their name not ours on the transaction with your card issuer. You can join via the links on the join page. If you are declined sometimes it is worth trying again 24 hours later after making sure your card issuer is not blocking payments to SegPay and or CCBill. If you are declined after checking your card issuer isn't blocking the transaction please accept that outcome, if you contact us we won't be able to say any more than is here.
8. Upgrading your Membership
   If you joined through SegPay, you can upgrade here. If you joined through CCBill, let your membership expire and join the higher tier within 36 hours.
9. Can't find a model's video or photo set
   There are quite a few models whose content, 39 photo shoots and 124 videos, are not shown in the websites free area.
